Mousse Cakes
What is a Mousse cake?
Mousse cake is a classic European dessert. It is a confection consisting of several layers, namely Biscuit base; Mousse; Filling & Covering.
Mousse is French for "foam", which describes this product perfectly: a combination of whipped cream and a berry, fruit, caramel or chocolate filling with gelatine. Various creams, fresh fruits, berries, jams and jams can be used as a filling. To decorate such cakes, mirror glaze or velour is used. For an even and beautiful coating.
